Location is fantastic with easy access to public transport. My room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed decent continental breakfast. Only downside was some noise from early morning cleaning staff, but overall a pleasant stay!

Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice decor, large bathroom, quiet. Excellent location, nice staff, very good food for breakfast with lots of variety.
We wished they got CNN on the tv.

Wonderful hotel in an EXCEPTIONALly nice and ideal location close to public transport including the main train station where buses to the airport depart from, liked this place. A nice size and newly remodelled room, a refrigerator, central heating and a television with satellite channels were a nice surprise. Location: the property was right by the train station as well as castle on the hill. Fast food restaurant Loving Hut was 200 metres away from the place. The public parking was nearby, exceptional service.

The hotel has a good price/value ratio. The room was surprisingly big. The staff is kind and the breakfast was OK. The location is good for sightseeing, the old town is 15 minutes walking, Charles bridge is 30.

This is a great location, just 5 minutes walk from the old town and convenient for buses, trams and metro. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke good english. Reception is open 24 hours a day and they were flexible on checkout time. We had an early flight to catch so they even packed us up some sandwiches for breakfast.

Good location near stores and restaurants. Bathing amenities include a small but functional shower despite the fluctuating water temperature.
Rooms show signs of wear, with a musty smell and pillows lacking support. Noise from the corridor and street is disruptive, especially early morning disturbances like housekeeping. Basic breakfast food choices were uninspiring.

We had o room to the street and the trams was a bit noisy at night.

Good location we were able to walk to see most of the sights of Prague Friendly staff they did their best to answer any query. Good choice at breakfast.
Lack of tea/coffee making facility in the room. No air conditioning it was very warm during our stay and it was too noisy at night to leave the window open

A modest hotel where I certainly deserved a warm welcome, but got chilly showers instead. The noise was unbearable. I'm surprised they even allow guests to sleep. Oh, and let's not talk about breakfast tasting like cardboard. I almost left a sparkling review, but alas! Nothing says luxury like a 5 a.m. wake-up call from housekeeping.

The room was big and inviting. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to the Palladium and Kotva shopping centre, and its only about a 15 minute walk to the old town square.
It was quite noisy. There was a tram stop right outside and the stopping and starting of that kept on till late at night and started again real early in the morning. This was on top of all the other traffic noise. The breakfast wasnt too flash either, but better than many other hotels i've stayed at.

What shines and what doesn't
Great budget-friendly spot! The room was spacious, and the delicious bakery downstairs made for perfect breakfast options.
Still, street noise kept me awake at night, and the shower pressure was annoyingly inconsistent.

The hotel staff was very helpful and the location was very convenient.
There was no air conditioning, but I found out quickly that is prevalent throughout all of Europe.
